Booking Privacy Policy

Booking Policy

Please read our terms and conditions before booking your stay.

Ty Cerrig Woodland Retreats is a family run business based in a rural woodland setting. The site will have only 4 accommodation units spread over 8 acres. It is rustic with grass paths mown through the newly planted native woodland and Christmas Tree plantation. In places the terrain is uneven, so please make sure all party members are aware of this and wear suitable footwear. Wellies are advised in wet periods and for early mornings. Although one of our cabins will be fitted out so as to be accessible for everyone, please remember that the site is essentially a field and certain areas may be inaccessible.

All guests must observe the requirements and must comply with all verbal or written guidance, especially safety guidance supplied by us.

Arrival and Departure times

Guests are welcome to arrive from 3pm on their arrival date and must vacate by 12 noon on their departure date.

Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and guests must not carry on any dangerous or immoral activities or anything that might be a nuisance to us, to other users of Ty Cerrig or to any neighbours of Ty Cerrig. We may ask any guest and the rest of that guest’s party to leave immediately if conduct results in police attendance or is considered by us to be inappropriate; likely to cause harm; or impair the enjoyment, comfort or safety of anyone; or is likely, in our belief, to breach any of this agreement.
